2.5 Reception and evacuation of rooms

2.6. Only the laws of the State of Israel shall apply to this agreement. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter relating to this agreement and the use of the site is in the competent courts.

3. Cancellation of order
Bookings that are canceled up to three days during the year and / or bookings that are canceled up to 14 days for bookings of holidays and dates before the date of arrival at the hotel will be charged at full cost.

4. Various provisions

The complex is available to hotel guests free of charge but is not owned by the hotel.
C. Do not invite additional guests beyond the stated reservation without obtaining the hotel’s prior consent. Bringing guests to the hotel complex will be charged an additional fee.
D. Do not take equipment out of the guest rooms. Private towels must be provided for the water sources outside the resort.
E. No smoking in the hotel area other than the permitted places.
5. Save the place
A. The user undertakes in his name and in the name of all other guests with him to maintain the place and not to cause any intentional and / or negligent damage to the site, including all the equipment therein.
B. The user acknowledges that in the event of any damage, the above credit card will be charged the full cost of the damage.
